Subcontract Installation Teams & Fitters
Due to a significant influx of long-term domestic and commercial projects, Swadlincote Windows is looking to partner with high-quality Subcontract Installers. We are specifically seeking teams or individuals with experience in installing UPVC and aluminium products.
The ideal team/installer will:
- Be committed to installing to the highest standard along with providing excellent customer service, be confident and professional with customers.
- Have plenty of experience of installing aluminium/UPVC windows, doors and conservatories, and a commitment to completing high-quality installations.
- Join a fast‑growing company with a strong local reputation for quality and professionalism, and share our ambition to be the best in the industry.
- Complete both domestic and commercial projects.
Desirable but not always essential:
- DBS checked or willing to undergo check.
- IPAF
- CSCS
- MTC
- Full driving license
- NVQ

Fabricators
As we continue to expand, we are looking for dedicated and experienced Fabricators who are passionate about their trade to join our dynamic team. In this Role you will be responsible for the precise fabrication of a variety of window and door systems, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will:
- Happy to work collaboratively with a team of fabricators as well as independently.
- Be confident in fabricating a wide variety of window and door systems including UPVC and Aluminium.

- Complete both domestic and commercial projects.
Fabricator Main Tasks/ Duties and Responsibility:
- A production fabricator is responsible for operating equipment/ machinery in our factory and manufacturing UPVC or aluminium windows and doors for distribution.
- The requirement for a production fabricator involves assembling and checking products, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and assisting in the packaging and delivery of windows and doors.
- This job role requires a high level of workmanship, attention to detail and candidate’s must take pride in their work.
