Full replacement fascia involves completely removing the existing Fascia and soffit and replacing it with new Upvc fascias. Normally the first tile is removed and the felt is trimmed back to receive an eaves protection system. Any rotten rafters are replaced and an overhead ventilation system is installed to prevent any further rot. Bird combs are fitted where applicable to prevent any ingress by wildlife which can cause damage to your property.
