The ground conditions a property occupies and the type of foundation that it is built on, will determine the most suitable type of foundation to be used for the construction of the conservatory. We are experienced in building all types of foundations including conventional strip footing, raft, piled and block and beam.

All conservatory bases and walls are fully insulated. The base has steel reinforcing for added strength and stability along with a damp proof membrane to stop any moisture from rising though the floor.

The internal walls will be either face brick to match the exterior walls or block work with plaster depending on your preference.
